The White Sox have placed 24-year old righty swinging starting LF Dayan Viciedo on the 15-day disabled list due to a left oblique strain.  He has played in 13 games for the White Sox so far this year and he is 11 for 48 (.229 avg, .646 OPS) with 3 runs scored, 2 homers and 5 RBIs.  He has been swinging at everything this year as he has already whiffed 16 times without even walking once.  But, that’s how he plays and the White Sox don’t mind trading whiffs for homers.  35-year old lefty swinging DeWayne Wise and 26-year old lefty swinging Jordan Danks will likely get most of the P.T. until Viciedo is ready to return to action.  Wise has played in 10 games for the White Sox so far this year and he is 2 for 13 (.154 avg, .308 OPS) with 1 run scored, 1 RBI and 1 stolen base.  Danks has played in 2 games for the Pale Hose so far this year and he is 1 for 2 (.500 avg, 1.000 OPS).  The White Sox have also called up 25-year old lefty swinging outfielder Blake Tekotte to replace Viciedo on the active roster.  Tekotte played in 1 game in AAA-ball this year and he was 0 for 2 (.000 avg, .333 OPS).  He has played in 30 games in his majors so far in his career and he is 8 for 49 (.163 avg, .451 OPS) with 1 run scored, 1 RBI and 3 stolen bases.
