De Aza has now played in 117 games in his first three years with the White Sox and he is 107 of 350 (.306 avg, .836 OPS) with 67 runs scored, 7 homers, 38 RBIs and 22 stolen bases. De Aza looks like a true late bloomer and the Pale Hose are in line to benefit from it.
