28-year old lefty swinging CF Alejandro De Aza really played well in the second half for the White Sox last year. He played in 54 games for the White Sox last year and he was 50 for 152 (.329 avg, .920 OPS) with 29 runs scored, 4 homers, 23 RBIs and 12 stolen bases. De Aza’s success last year came out of nowhere, but he has eased the minds of the people in charge of the Pale Hose so far this year. De Aza has played in 7 games for the White Sox so far this year and he is 8 for 29 (.276 avg, .955 OPS) with 7 runs scored, 1 double, 2 triples, 2 homers, 4 RBIs and 1 stolen base. He looks like a classic late bloomer.
